I just wanted to tell you something that you probably don't know but we have been using soft water since 1959 when the business was run by Servisoft (now, Ecowater) and owned by the Butchers. Jim talked us into putting it in our home when I noticed the film on the water I was using for my newborn sons formula. It was gross. How does water treatment work?
