This is a company that is a first class company that still knows how to treat the... customer!From first call to the very nice and helpful lady that answers the phone and getting ALL my questions answered completely making me feel valued.To the installation by Michael and a second man that I didn't get his name that was very punctual, precise and timely getting the project completed.Michael was very personable, answered my questions and gave me input on where in the home the units could be installed more efficiently. Covered all aspects of the instalation and operation of the equipment and warranty coverage. Completely cleaned up everything at the end of installation.Their pricing was quite competitive to another major company that also gave me an estimate.So glad we picked Clean Water of VA and you will be too!!Also, glad to do business with a company that was a sponsore of the Toby Mac concert during the Apple Blossom Festival that was a class act just like Clean Water of VAThank you!!Mike and Marsharead more

I just purchased the whole home and reverse osmosis systems. Bob was excellent at explaining and answering questions. Then on installation day... Michael and Logan showed up and did the install.
